Payment terms

Payment for products purchased online and consultation services via online bookings are prompted for payment at the time of booking. Alternatively, by arrangement, I accept direct bank transfer, or in clinic payment via cash. Payment for in-clinic prescriptions or products is available via direct debit or cash at time of dispensing. Electronic receipts are emailed after payment.

Payment system used is Square, for detail please refer to their privacy policy. I do not have HICAPS and there are no current rebates available for Naturopathy services through private health funds.

All amounts quoted are and charged are in Australian dollars. I am not registered for GST and therefore GST is not charged on services provided.

Passionately Vital Wellness Clinic reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Cancellation policy

I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you require to cancel your consultation for any reason, please provide as much notice as possible. If less than 24-hours’ notice is provided, or your consultation is missed your consultation fee may be 

Returns policy

Please choose and consent to your items carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind on consultations, naturopathic testing, functional pathology, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine and flower essence blends. If you are unhappy with the consultation or it has not met your expectations, then please contact me to discuss.

Items dispensed are prescribed on an individual basis and not subject to return. Prescribed items are for you and you alone. You must not share or provide any prescribed products to family members or friends. All individuals are encouraged to seek advice from a qualified health professional prior to any self-prescription to ensure safety and efficacy.

Dispensed herbal medicine is stored in amber glass bottles which are fragile and easily damaged. Should you damage or break your herbal bottle you will be charged full price for a replacement herbal medicine prescription.

Under the National Health Act and TGA Guidelines for safe practice and dispensing of medicines, it is illegal for a practitioner to re-dispense medicine that has already been dispensed to another patient.
